This subject explores the two units of competency; BSBPMG522 Undertake project work and BSBCUS501 Manage quality customer service. With a focus on customer service projects, students will be lead through the key phases of project
management, from developing a project scope, project plan, monitoring that plan to the finalising of the project. Students will explore the fundamentals of managing customer service based projects while analysing customer behaviour and product promotion. Students will be introduced to various approaches to monitoring customer service and discuss customer relationship management strategies.
