This module focuses on two units of competency; BSBWOR502 Lead and manage team effectiveness and BSBLDR502 Lead and manage effective workplace relationships. The two units relate very closely and cover important management topics such as performance management, rewards and recognition and networking.
Students are exposed to the fundamentals of team dynamics and some of the key elements for developing an environment
where people can do their best work. The importance of networking and diversity management are explored and students
develop an understanding of the policies and procedures required to manage and lever diversity to achieve organisational results.
